His presentation included feedbacks and anectodes about interesting real life examples of Customer Experience (CX) .
Then, we have seen another nice presentation from Elif Bakiler, who presented “iPad and User Experience (UX)”. She provided examples during the fast evolution of iPad in terms of UX. We have seen good practices and bad practices in terms of iPad interaction design.
